The business is priced at $13,500.00 which will include all inventory with exception of one tricycle and character. I will want to keep one character “Wildwood Willy” for personal use, volunteer work, and for marketing our real estate related businesses. The qualified buyer with solid credit can purchase with a little as a $5000.00 down payment. The seller will carry balance at terms to be arranged and discussed.

One full day of consulting, sharing information on all sources for characters, services and parts. A vast of array of business and marketing ideas to help promote business.

Two prototype remote control tricycles that could be finished and used for certain applications.   A WHOLE BUNCH of spare parts, radios, puppets and related items.

All of this inventory the possibility exists for assembling and completing more characters at not much expense or labor. 

Including all the above listed-  buyer could sell of part of inventory, extra characters and recoup a large part of purchase price. 

Warranty or Guarantees

These are all custom built products that are not backed or supported by a specific manufacturer. The design and build of the bulk of the inventory are by a well known robot builder with over 30 years of hands on working experience building these products.

While he does not specifically warranty any of these products he may be available for future repair or consulting.  Most items that may need future replacement are readily available through internet vendors. Example would be radios, transmitters, servos, circuit boards, etc. A individual of average mechanical ability can learn most service procedures required for these products. Various sources for repair, design, new builds, etc. will be provided by to buyer by seller.   Buyer to inspect and accept products in “as is” condition at time of sale. Seller of this business and inventory specifically states that there is no warranty or guarantee of any kind conveyed with the sale of this business.
